Process Description:
1. System is a complete set of coating agent preparation, metering and dosing unit.
2. System can automatically run. Dosing system can be started or shut down via external signals. Meanwhile, flow regulation of coating agent can be made via external signals. When the running pump fails, system can be switched to the backup system to run via self-diagnostics, thus ensure the continuity and stability of the production process.
3. System can realize automatic adjustment of dosage and the adjustment range from 10% to 100%. With Siemens or E+H mass flow meter, control accuracy can be up to 0.5%, to ensure dosage accurate and reasonable.
4. The inlet of transfer pump has filter, the outlet has pressure gauge, check valve, filter and so on, a series of mechanical protection devices with the software diagnosis can ensure operation stable and reliable.
Because the fertilizer actual output is fluctuating from time to time, dosage of anti-caking agent should change with the fertilizer output change in time. Conventional manual dosing equipment can not satisfy this kind of demand.
